Client: Bloomberg Philanthropies and Newark NJ

The Leaf Out Newark logo showcases a stylized tree, composed of leaf patterns that radiates outward, symbolizing the "Leaf Out" concept and Newark's expansive tree-planting initiative. This visual identity is part of a broader campaign aimed at promoting civic engagement and environmental awareness by planting over 1,000 trees annually across the city of Newark.

Featuring a Fair Isle-inspired logo and clean typography, the branding is designed to function across diverse mediums, from large outdoor banners to compact social media tags. For this project, research and case studies were essential in crafting engaging branding that persuades the community to support and engage with the tree planting initiative.
